RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping with REBELLE New York. While we hope that you will love your purchase. Due to each item on the website being "MADE TO ORDER", items are non-refundable.

We do not offer returns or exchanges on items purchased from the online store unless your order has arrived damaged or defected from our error within 3 days of the delivery date.

 To file a claim, you can contact us at rebellenewyork@gmail.com with DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED in the subject. In the email be sure to include, order number, brief description of problem, and photos of defected item. Expect a response within 24-72 hours from our team.

Store Credit is granted by management decision only.
